White Wash Exterior Concrete Walls

Mark asks about how to whitewash exterior walls.

I am an architect in Albuquerque, NM. How do I get more information on white washing exterior and interior cast in place concrete walls. Is whitewashing a durable and reasonably low maintenance option. I don’t particularly like the look of a “painted concrete wall” and am looking for a more unique option. Thanks.
