Repair Capstan

Helen asks about repairing with a capstan winch with a white oak board.

We have a historic 130′ tallship “American Pride” and we are trying to locate a piece of white oak to repair a capstan aboard. We need 1 piece 8″x8″x8′–can you either sell to us or tell us where we might locate a piece. Thank you so much!
