Cathy wonders about how to protect a cypress wood swing.

I have recently had a swing made for me out of cypress and am wondering how to finish it. The fellow who made it for me suggested a couple of coats of Spar as a protectant, but I can only find a product called Z-Spar.

What do you suggest? - This is an outside swing.
